How do I fix a campaign that's "On Hold" due to credit card failures?

TL;DR – contact your bank to approve ListenLoop charges or update your credit card via the Billing page.

ListenLoop puts your campaigns "on hold" whenever your credit card fails or expires.

If you believe your credit card is working, please contact the issuing bank to approve charges from ListenLoop.com.  

Else, please update your credit card information, like this:

Step 1

Click your account name and choose "billing".

Step 2

Delete your credit card information and click "Update Credit Card" to submit a new one.

ListenLoop will retry your billing information and your campaigns will activate within 24 hours!
