In a few steps, you can connect ListenLoop to your Salesforce CRM.

Step 1 

Click the "Salesforce Connect" button within the drop-down menu.

Step 2 

Click the "SALESFORCE CONNECT" button to connect Salesforce.

Step 3

ListenLoop will automatically add Custom SFDC Fields to your Account Object. 

You should see all of the "Found in Salesforce" indicators "YES" (see image below).  

If you're getting "Not Found" as shown in the image above, please contact support@listenloop.com. It's possible you may not have sufficient API permissions in your SFDC user.
