Is there a limit on the amount of campaigns we can launch under the $99/month plan?

There's no limit on the number of accounts or campaigns in our pricing plans.

With $99/month, you can add 100 accounts into your campaign. But you can get free trial on the first 90 days with unlimited accounts.
